High Desert: This design was created as an homage to the high desert landscape and the plants and creatures that inhabit it. The illustration features medicinal plants including yarrow, juniper, sagebrush, and mullein, surrounded by graphic elements that reminded me of stones, cracked earth, and the power of the sun.
Pastures: This design features a lone rider looking over pastures and plains, encircled by star thistle and lucky horseshoes. Inspired by sun-dried foliage underfoot, breeze blowing over the ridge, dancing horses.
Quilt: This pattern was created with geometric stars and meandering landscapes as glimpses through portals or windows - like memories and photographs; moments suspended in time. Designed as an exploration of lineage and connection.
